Job Mission
This position contributes to the company’s success by serving as the plant’s CMMS administrator while at the same time serving as an administrative support person for the department.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
Electronically books all inbound appointments.
Assists as requested to arrange deliveries to customers.
Assists other warehouse and logistics personnel to keep files and reports up to date as requested.
Works with planning and scheduling to effectively communicate issues regarding deliveries that may impact the production schedule.
Regular and predictable attendance required
Serves as a back-up to shippers/receives and other warehouse personnel as necessary.
Completes general administrative duties.

To be eligible for this position you must meet all the following criteria:
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience in a warehouse facility required, food manufacturing warehouse facility a plus
Ability to perform Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Warehouse Administrator Role
Proficiency reads, writes, and speaks English.
Proficient at basic math and Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with ERP’s a plus.
